Drive sandy backroads and desert trails to Peekaboo Slot Canyon, then park the machine and walk its narrow, winding red-rock corridors.
The walk inside the canyon is short and easy, making this a great first UTV tour for families.

Peekaboo Slot Canyon at golden hour, sandboarding on the Peekaboo Sand Dunes, then a dune-top Kanab sunset to finish the evening.

After check-in, you’ll drive your own vehicle to meet your guide at the trailhead. The Peekaboo trailhead is about 12 minutes from headquarters.

Yes, if you’d like. Guests usually drive their own UTV and follow the guide, and you can switch drivers during the ride. If you’d prefer not to drive, let Expedition Kanab know when you book.
Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and a credit card on file.
No. Your guide gives full instructions before the ride.
Per vehicle. Choose a 1–2, 3–4, or 5–6 person UTV and split the cost with your group. Groups larger than six can book multiple UTVs.
Kids 4 and older are recommended, and all guests should be able to hike short distances. Drivers must be 21 or older.
At Expedition Kanab headquarters, 365 S 100 E, Building B, Kanab. After check-in, you’ll drive your own vehicle to meet your guide at the trailhead, about 12 minutes from headquarters.
Plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before your tour time to check in, gear up, and go over safety.
The walk into Peekaboo Slot Canyon is short and easy, with mostly flat terrain. The Peekaboo + Great Chamber Loop adds a climb up a sandy hill to reach the Great Chamber.
